Your Home Watch Provider has invested in our software to provide you with top of the line experience specifically designed with the customer in mind. Customer is provided with a customized checklist specifically designed for their property along with date, time and duration of visit to include pictures and technicians notations during visit with a feature for the technician to communicate with the customer through our software if necessary. The home watch report is emailed to customer upon conclusion of visit so the home owner may contact the technician immediately for questions, comments or concerns so the customer remains fully informed on the current condition of their home while they're away.
